I didn't realise i had steam guard disabled and thus my account was hacked and used for some kind of gold exploit in Lost Ark, Which you will see has less than 15 minutes of playtime on my account however I've never even installed it, this resulted in a Vac Ban, I have since got my account back after explaining my situatuon to steam support, but due to the history of there being a vac ban i now have been banned from your Hell Let Loose server
The Screen Shot i have provided is actually a photo of some kind of reciept, one of many i had got on the day i was hacked, it's in a language i can't understand and it's quiet obvious it was from outside of australia not something of my doing, I am willing to provide pictures of the email between me and steam support which backs up my story, although i'd have to find the email so hopefully this is sufficient proof
